Solicitud de trámite de incidente de desacato de la sentencia T-817/12.
El solicitante presentó el incidente sin agotar la posibilidad de estudio que tenía la autoridad judicial de primera instancia para vigilar la ejecución, cumplimiento y eventual desacato de las órdenes que fueron impartidas en el precitado fallo.
La Corte alguna de las razones especiales para asumir la competencia para revisar el cumplimiento de su propia decisión y, por ello, resolvió NEGAR por improcedente el requerimiento hecho en esta oportunidad.
Dispuso el envío del escrito y la documentación anexa al Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Sección Cuarta, con el fin de que inicie y continúe el trámite del incidente de desacato respectivo.

- PRIMERO. NEGAR por improcedente la solicitud hecha por Luis Fernando Sanchez Mafla actuando como apoderado judicial de Clara Nancy Herrera de Cardenas, en el sentido de que la Corte inicie un incidente de desacato frente a la ejecucion de las ordenes dadas en la sentencia T-817 de 2012.
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITIR el escrito de la referencia y la documentacion anexa al Consejo de Estado - Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo - Seccion Cuarta, con el fin de que inicie y continue el tramite del incidente de desacato respecto de las ordenes impartidas en la sentencia T-817 de 2012.
